With an annual production capacity of 5.3 million tons of clinker and 4 million m³ of concrete, ÇİMKO drives the dynamics of Turkish cement and construction industry with its cement plants in Adıyaman, Bartın and Narlı, the packaging facilities in Gaziantep and Kilis, the grinding plant in Ereğli and the concrete plants in Gaziantep, Kilis, Adıyaman, Şanlıurfa, Zonguldak, Bartın, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, Osmaniye, Hatay, Adana, Kayseri and Mersin.
Having started to operate in the industry following privatization of Adiyaman Cement Plant in 1995, SANKO continued to grow in the cement industry by putting into operation its Narli Plant at the end of 2007.
SANKO Cement Group always operates by prioritizing environmental protection and reduction of natural resource consumption. With the WHR (Waste Heat Recovery) plant established by ÇİMKO in Narli for energy efficiency, it meets approximately 11 percent of the total electrical energy consumed by ÇİMKO plant in Narli.
Thanks to its WHR plant, it not only provides sustainable energy but also ensures emission reduction and takes actions to reduce its carbon footprint. With the investments it makes accordingly, it contributes to its employees, environment and society for a sustainable future.
ÇİMKO always considers occupational safety as a top priority and operates in line with priority. For these efforts, the plants in Adıyaman and Narlı are always the leaders of the cement industry for their OHS performances.

Narlı Plant and Osmaniye and Adıyaman Altınşehir Ready-Mixed Concrete Plants are of one of the first and few facilities to obtain “Responsible Use of Resources Certification System” certificate introduced to our country by the Turkish Ready-Mixed Concrete Association (THBB), the Regional System Operator of the Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC).
