Adil Sani Konukoğlu, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SANKO Holding, was born in 1961 in Gaziantep. He completed his high school education in Gaziantep in 1980 and his English language education at the University of Denver in the U.S.A. in 1984.

In 1987, he started his professional career at the spinning mills within the organization of SANKO Textile Inc. Between 1992 and 2006, he served as the CFO within the organization of SANKO Holding. He has served as the head of the group, covering the Schools, Hospitals, Cement-Concrete and Yarn-Towels, within the organization of SANKO Holding, since 2006. In addition to the positions he has held as the group head, he held office as the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of SANKO Holding between 2014 and 2020. In 2020, he became the Chairman of SANKO Holding. Adil Sani Konukoğlu is married and is the father of three children.
